Kevin brought a bit of early Christmas cheer to the office, was brilliant on camera, and gave us loads of ad libs in perfect Santa fashion; he was also very personable and a joy to work with.

Had booked a Santa for Boxing Day. Wasn’t sure the guy was gonna be any good but he was amazing and really made the day for the kids. He joked, spoke and interacted with everyone – even the adults – and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him. His name was Eugene. BOOK EUGENE!

I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with Rich our Santa at our railway. He really made the event and was superb and what he did, all the children loved him and he put so much effort into making it an enjoyable experience.

He is someone seriously you wouldn’t want to loose in the agency, as after the rubbish one we had last year from you. Rich made it up !!!

I can’t express how happy we were with him and nothing was to much of a problem and he made our event a great success. We still have and had so many great reviews coming in about our Santa express

We were impressed with the whole process of booking and all of the updates leading up to our event. Our Santa was absolutely brilliant from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. We had a Santa booked yesterday from Envisage, his name was Fra.

I honestly wish to say what a gentleman, absolutely fantastic with all the children and couldn’t do enough to make this a special occasion for them, including the adults who were all blown away by just how good he was.

He was also very witty and I can only say thank you to him and the booking company.

We requested and hired Derek for our Santa’s grotto at our Christmas Fayre as he did a great job for us the year before in 2021 as Santa – and this year he was just as good! He was enjoyed by all the children (their parents told us he was brilliant) and was flexible and accommodating. Derek spends quality time with the children whilst sticking to a timescale and goes the extra mile with his fabulous acting skills. He is very kind and good at what he does. We were then invited to take the children down to see Santa – and here I have no complaints at all. Santa was excellent – give him our regards before he goes back to the north Pole! Very jolly, chatty and put the children at ease – Well done.

The elves were great and Santa himself, well what can I say. He dealt with two hyperactive little boys magnificently and was just wonderful.

Once we had finished our meal we were shown to Santa’s room, I have to say this was the high light of the day for all of us, not only was Santa great with my grandson but he had us all in stitches……even my husband who doesn’t like Christmas was laughing ! I did speak to the Santa on the night and told him he was fantastic and doing a great job. All the kids loved him he really interacted well with all the kids and adults. I also thanked him after the event as it went so well and I couldn’t have been happier. The whole club was delighted and other parents commented on how wonderful he was. I couldn’t have wished for a better Santa! He was amazing, he interacted with all party members, handed out gifts to the children and even got up on the dancefloor which in turn encouraged everyone to get up and have a dance.

This is the second year we have had the same Santa, he was brilliant! He had so much time for each child, loved joining in with the choir and we were told he was very funny too! If possible, I would like to rebook him for our celebration next year again, due to the charity that we are, supporting bereaved children, I feel he understands how hard this time of year can be and how each child may not have all parents, so it is great to have that in place.

I just had to write and let you know how wonderful Paul was as our Santa last week and what a fantastic experience we had. Paul did an amazing job of keeping the kids entertained and happy. He remembered details about them from the information I had supplied and took time to chat with them and perhaps more importantly listen to them. They had a very personal and very realistic experience, so much so that even I believed by the time he left! He was professional, personable and utterly fabulous. Woodlands PTA

It was a long weekend here but definitely worth it. Joe was just amazing. We had expectations but could not imagine how these would be surpassed. I was monitoring the whole event and Joe was just fabulous from start to finish. He was great at helping the parents with technical issues (press the mic icon) and non-believers, the feedback we have had from parents was great. (I have included some below).
From a personal view, I had my 5 year old at home with me during the sessions. Naturally, she was curious and when the bribes of unlimited screen time and sweets failed, Joe would say hi and give her a little wave. She can’t believe her mummy is friends with Santa – it’s worked better than any elf on a shelf could!
My daughter has been in isolation for almost two weeks and this is just what she needed to cheer her up. She was smiling from ear to ear! Please thank Father Christmas for me, he did a fab job.
I just wanted to say, thank you so much for setting up the Santa treat, it was absolutely terrifically amazing.
My daughter has just had a zoom call with Father Christmas and it was so magical that I CRIED.

Train Santa

Absolutely brilliant day. Made magical memories with our little girl. Even with the challenges of the Covid pandemic they managed to make it a super experience.
Lovely staff, lovely Santa, Cosy, clean warm train with lovely Xmas decor. Highly recommended – what a magical time we had!

We had a lovely day out today. Have child with special needs and the staff were really helpful. All very Covid safe and the compartment was great. We loved the snack boxes and Santa was amazing. Even got out to stand by her buggy for a picture. Made her day 😊🎅.

Our second year and actually thought it was better. So glad it could go ahead

He arrived before he was meant to which meant we could have a good chat about logistics which was really helpful.

Feedback from my colleague who spent the day with Santa “ he was the best Santa I have ever seen and was so friendly and very patient with all the children of all ages…especially the younger ones who wee bit apprehensive at first but he soon had them all chatting in the grotto. We then went to the restaurant and function suite to ensure all children were ticked off my lists and had received their gift and all the adults wanted pics with Santa saying he was the best they had seen!”

I would like to provisionally book this same Santa for next year.

Santa was such a hit with both children and parents! He was super enthusiastic, very patient and both his costume and ‘Santa’ voice were very realistic. He was by far the best one we’ve had in a few years- if possible we would love him again next year!

It’s very overwhelming sometimes in a school hall, 50 + sets of eyes on you but he excelled.
