I just had to write and let you know how wonderful Paul was as our Santa last week and what a fantastic experience we had. Paul did an amazing job of keeping the kids entertained and happy. He remembered details about them from the information I had supplied and took time to chat with them and perhaps more importantly listen to them. They had a very personal and very realistic experience, so much so that even I believed by the time he left! He was professional, personable and utterly fabulous. I would highly recommend the whole experience and I already know one of my friends has been in contact. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to him for such an amazing job.

Woodlands PTA
It was a long weekend here but definitely worth it. Joe was just amazing. We had expectations but could not imagine how these would be surpassed. I was monitoring the whole event and Joe was just fabulous from start to finish. He was great at helping the parents with technical issues (press the mic icon) and non-believers, the feedback we have had from parents was great. (I have included some below).
From a personal view, I had my 5 year old at home with me during the sessions. Naturally, she was curious and when the bribes of unlimited screen time and sweets failed, Joe would say hi and give her a little wave. She can’t believe her mummy is friends with Santa – it’s worked better than any elf on a shelf could!
My daughter has been in isolation for almost two weeks and this is just what she needed to cheer her up. She was smiling from ear to ear! Please thank Father Christmas for me, he did a fab job.
I just wanted to say, thank you so much for setting up the Santa treat, it was absolutely terrifically amazing.
My daughter has just had a zoom call with Father Christmas and it was so magical that I CRIED.
It was so magical Epic!

Kelly, Tea on the Green
It is going brilliantly. The children are absolutely loving the Santa’s you can hear their laughter all the way at the back of the shop in the kitchen!!

Train Santa
Absolutely brilliant day. Made magical memories with our little girl. Even with the challenges of the Covid pandemic they managed to make it a super experience.
Lovely staff, lovely Santa, Cosy, clean warm train with lovely Xmas decor. Highly recommended – what a magical time we had!
We had a lovely day out today. Have child with special needs and the staff were really helpful. All very Covid safe and the compartment was great. We loved the snack boxes and Santa was amazing. Even got out to stand by her buggy for a picture. Made her day 😊🎅.
Our second year and actually thought it was better. So glad it could go ahead

Hickory’s restaurant
I just wanted to pass on some feedback about the Santa’s at the weekend. We’ve had some incredible comments from guests, especially for David (everyone thought he was the real guy). Please pass on our thanks to them both, and we’re looking forward to this weekend
I am writing to say a special thankyou to David for everything he did on Sunday, we had so many compliments from our guests and to see the smiles on the children’s faces was something special.
My Team members also took a great liking to him as he had a great witty sense of humour.
It would be lovely to have David again for the following year as I’m sure from the response on the day all guests will be back again next year 🙂

Private Santa – Gemma – Home Visit
Could you please pass on a massive thank you to Santa that was part of our Zoom call tonight, the kids absolutely loved it! Zomm Santa (Tony). I just wanted to thank you got helping us arrange the most prefect visit from Santa. John was amazing. Absolutely perfect in every way.

Piccolino Bristol
Firstly, I cannot express how great Mark was, from the outset!
He arrived before he was meant to which meant we could have a good chat about logistics which was really helpful.
Mark was fantastic, all 50 of out guests were thrilled and had absolutely nothing but great things to say about the whole event. He worked relentlessly from 2pm – 5pm, he was VERY realistic and we had such a lovely event.

I just wanted to send an email to say thank you to everyone who was involved in organising our Father Christmas for our Christmas Fair (at such sort notice) and also to Father Christmas himself.
He was absolutely incredible and the children adored him. They decided he was actually the real Santa Clause and our bookings doubled making it the most successful Christmas Fair we have ever had.

I wanted to write and thank you for being a part of our Christmas activities this year. We had a great time getting everything organised and it made a real difference having Neil here as part of our event programme. He was very professional and we’ve had some lovely comments from the Mums & Dads that brought little ones along to see him on the day.

Feedback from my colleague who spent the day with Santa “ he was the best Santa I have ever seen and was so friendly and very patient with all the children of all ages…especially the younger ones who wee bit apprehensive at first but he soon had them all chatting in the grotto. We then went to the restaurant and function suite to ensure all children were ticked off my lists and had received their gift and all the adults wanted pics with Santa saying he was the best they had seen!”
I would like to provisionally book this same Santa for next year.

Hi Matt,
Santa was such a hit with both children and parents! He was super enthusiastic, very patient and both his costume and ‘Santa’ voice were very realistic. He was by far the best one we’ve had in a few years- if possible we would love him again next year!
It’s very overwhelming sometimes in a school hall, 50 + sets of eyes on you but he excelled.
Thanks also to you guys for your organisation and details prior to event (very settling for me as it was my first Christmas Party to organise).
